I’ve always enjoyed playing online against other people because fighting bots gets a bit boring. It was fine at first, and I’ve already played more than 100 games online without any issues. However, since the update with the Easy Anti-Cheat app was released, I’ve been experiencing severe lag, which often leads to errors. What’s even worse is that every time I get disconnected from an online game, it’s counted as a loss. This has become my main reason for buying NBA 2K25, aside from the fact that it’s a next-gen game.

And before anyone says it’s my PC, I can assure you it’s not—I’m running an RTX 3060 paired with a Ryzen 5 5600X, so my setup is more than capable of handling the game.

I have the same issue as yours. Me after this season 4 update I have been getting super lag and always getting error whenever playing with other players online especially in park or even myteam park. I even have 700mbps speed connection which I believe should not be the case. You are correct it is a loss on our part whenever we get disconnect and the worst when you play at Rec it will warn you for a 30 mins. ban. I have been searching for on the net how to solve it but whenever I fix the recommended things on nvidia control panel as well as setting on the game still it won't work. The only time I guess will somehow make me play where that has been the case if you play really late night like 11pm till wee hours in the morning where you might not disconnect already. This server is the worst! Even my friend in Japan or Korea still gets lag everytime we play at Rec. Now I am trying to play both park and myteam park the lag is worst. So I just decided to shutdown the game. 2k is crap! They are only concern with console. They even placed anti-cheat on the game but is useless there are still many hackers you play against on any modes.

I've been experiencing the same thing, I already have over 100 hours on the game and have played many park games. but, with the season 4 update, I have been experiencing fps drops, lags, and stutters to the point where the game is almost unplayable now. I have tried to fix my settings and researched, but it was useless and at first I thought it was internet but I have 800 plus Mbps.

It happened to me today i got banned for lagging out and im connected to ethernet
