Black screen everytime I enter mycareer on this specific computer

I have been playing this game since drop and even before on this computer, but for the last month orr so I can no longer play mycareer on this computer I have. i am able to play blacktop and regular offline games however. Whenever I enter mycareer I go through an unusually long loading screen followed by a permanent black screen that leads nowhere(even though I still see squad and game invites)
My Specs are:
CPU:13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13400F 2.50 GHz
GPU: RTX 4060
RAM: 32 gb ddr5

Also I have a separate computer that works perfectly fine and lets me run mycareer all the time. I dont have all the specs but it is a ryzen 7 5800x, rtx 3070, and ddr4 32gb ram and it is still running on windows 10. This computer is running on windows 11

nvidia has released a new hotfix gpu driver for people that have this problem.
