Doesn't anyone think it's hard for a center to dunk?

I don't really understand how to play this kind of center. I have 90 in interior defense and 85 in blocking, but doesn't stop others from slam dunking over me.

Upgrade your badges and play good defense. Seems like you just stand their like a traffic cone. I play a Center and i avg 5 Blocks per Game and hold people near the rim under 35%

Don't let them get a running start towards the rim. Stay on them and use left trigger a lot. Interior defense is strong but being in position is very important.
