Anyone know how to stop controller settings resetting?

Controller settings reset after some time playing the game. Is there any fix for this?

controller settings reset on its own

almost every time i launch the game my controller and HUD settings are reset. i have changed the settings from the main menu of the gamer and once i load in to my player. when i close the game i allow it to sync through steam cloud but as soon as i launch all my controller and HUD settings are reset to default settings. Anyone else having this issue and any fixes?.

only thing you could try is to start the game (and Steam) as an Admin, if you are not already on an Administrator account.


But otherwise its a common issue for years

Controller Settings Reset every few games.

every few games I play in 2k, myh controller settings and gui(shot meter, stuff like that) gets reset and have to manually set it all over again. how do I fix this????

i uninstalling because of this. set settings, played a game with 80% from 3 and next match i cant hit nothing, oh it changed again, it even change once midgame, i checked it before the game, hitted 2 and after that nothing, was back to default, unplayable.. never saw a bigger trash

they will only tell your to go to their Discord and share it with other users, total inept.

I literally lose Showdown games because the game is resetting my settings mid-game to something like "release" timing which is nowhere near to what I'm used to.
Its depressing but hey, somehow they must paddle the whales..

I had to uninstall. It worked for the first few weeks then boom. This shouldn't be legal lol

Before patch my player indicator circle after reset became white, now it becomes green, so it's not stagnant - something has changed!

What controller are you using, do you have steam input enable or disable, do you have DS4 installed
