My park is always empty

Everytime i enter the park it is always empty, how do i fix it or change servers?

Out of curiosity, do you use any programs that could affect other games?

Parks are full for me bois, go to subway and hover over your park, (Elite, Rise, Etc) and hold Square (PS) or X (Xbox) should change your server to a full server.
