Hi all,

since day I one I can't play online due to a connection issue resulting in error code 7d1cdfe7.

since there isn't a post for this in here yet, I thought I'd make one.
they provided an update a few days ago (around 500mb) and after that it worked perfectly fine for a day. after that it came back and I can now play like 1-3 out of 10 games. when the issue occurs seems completely random but always with the same error message.

I have sent a ticket and they replied but it wasn't really helpful.

generally I'm hopeful they will sort this out because I could play previous titles with no issues - just wondering whether the problem exists for other people as well.

yup, I did. and I got responses to, their degree of helpfulness varying, lol.

I did everything they suggested in advance and I'm pretty sure by now that it's on their end as it worked perfectly fine for one day without me changing anything.

I think I'll just have to wait as I'm also pretty sure they also get the error messages reported on their back end *shrugs*

at least it seems like I am literally the only one to have this error code consistently. by now I did some testing with the 2K customer support and they pointed out that my ISP should check my connection. it's a bit of faulty logic because it would suggest I had problems playing 2k24 as well which was not the case at all, that game worked perfectly fine (within the typical 2K issues)

I contacted my ISP anyways, had some really helpful nerds on the phone who were sure to have solved my problem. that was not the case however and I still lag out at the initiation of almost every game. the funny thing is: if I don't lag out at the start so far I am able to finish each and every game with not a single lag during gameplay and it doesn't matter whether it's park, proving grounds, rec or pro am.

at least I guess 2K is working on it as after some new patches I read reports of people having new and more error codes on their systems - which is obviously not the way it should go, but hey, at least SOMEthing is happening that suggests we're doing enough beta testing for them to come up with eventual solutions.

Hi, here 1 guy more with the same problem, Are you now if they can fix the error code? I dont send a ticket yet. i can play online only 1 of 7 games; and the game down near the end. Is terrible loss of time
