Game crashing: error code 0x887a0006

I have 7900 XT and game just randomly crashes within like 15 minutes of the game. The code 0x887a0006

I’ve been trying to test some things and for some reason it seems to only be crashing and giving me that error in my career?? MyNBA works just fine

Same, instant crashes in MyCareer, every other mode is working... Hope they fix this soon

same exact issue 5700XT i can only play games by starting through SIMCAST LIVE and then entering that way and it only works like 15% of the time.

I also have the same issue... Game crashes around the 3rd or the 4th quarter in the MyNba/MyEra session. At first just the screen freezing and the game crashing after few seconds. Since a few days i have the same error message. I do have an Nvidia 1080 TI graphfic card... Really frustrating i cannot play more than 3 games without a crash... For a 70 bucks game it is kinda untolarable

I think I found a workaround for my case. I set all the graphical settings to low and I now I don't seem to crash anymore in MyCareer. I guess one of the settings messes with the GPU, I'll now try and put each one of them individually on High or Ultra to find the culprit

Hey,

I have the same issue, having an rx 6900xt and 5800x, 32g ddr4.

I try everything you can find on the internet and never found a real solid solution.

Hope the devs will fix this...

Would love to hear back from you on this, just wondering if your on an AMD GPU or not?

Somebody found something to fix it ? I don't want to try and lose progression again, too scary x)

For me it was to turn off ray tracing. Since then no more error 0x887a0006.

I found A solution to my case. In my machine it's missing a Visual C++ 2013 (32 and 64 Bits) . After a Instalation of this resolve this issues.
