Game crashing: error code 0x887a0006

I have 7900 XT and game just randomly crashes within like 15 minutes of the game. The code 0x887a0006

Still same issue. I have tried everything, been searching for solution for 2 weeks now. Sometimes I can play for 2-3 hours with no crashes, other times (especially the park) it crashes after 5 minutes. Then the game has the audacity to tell me I will be punished for quitting matches. It should be illegal to sell a product, profit from micro transactions, and leave it in an unplayable state.

I have a Rtx 5090 and I keep getting this error code gpu failed with error code 0x887a0006 gpu name: nvidia geforce rtx 5090 0x887a0006 any fix?

I have the same problem with Nvidia 4060. Could it be that they don't solve the problem?? 2 years!
Has been showing up for two years!!

not your fault its the game. 7900GRE user here and this game pretty much got no optimization shader caching works horribly bad and EAC hits overall performance. my big advice is reinstall and every launch run all shader caching in the graphics settings tab just to make sure game uses the newly cached shaders

Oh dear, you're just like my GPU. I've been waiting for AMD or game updates before, but AMD's latest driver 25.3.2 doesn't seem to solve this problem. I've given up. It turns out that my testing of their methods has already increased the game duration to 23.6 hours. They don't care if you can't enter the game. All they care about is how to make you buy the game. I have the 9070xt and what fixed it for me, was setting cloth simulation to Off. It's a bandaid, the fix must come from a driver update, if 2k cares, I guess.

Made another test today. Thanks to the new Oblivion remaster, where I was having similar issues, I enabled cloth simulation and disabled every feature on Adrenaline. Gaming running with no issues and cloth simulation right now. Try to tick off every feature on the AMD software.

Which settings did you disable? I tried disabling all graphics settings on my adrenaline and still having the same issue though.

Guys, same situation with my new Asus Tuf 9070XT OC.
Even tonight I spent hours trying options but nothing, if I load it always crashes either in the triple threat myteam shop or when I access the apartment. I tried recreating the career, triple threat and going out in the city but after a while walking it crashes. I tried various adrenalin options and game launch strings on Steam, to limit hz and fps, force dx11, graphics settings to minimum. It always crashes.
One last thing came to mind. Try disabling the integrated graphics card in the CPU from Windows or Bios which could conflict with the dedicated one. Have you tried ?
I got to try this and also disable EXPO ram profile, but I don't think it's ram problem.

This problem happened to me on my 9070xt. I just started the game and after completing the first mission I crashed while trying to leave the apartment. Now I can't enter my career and it crashes every time I try to enter. Does anyone know a solution?
