Video settings not saving

Had this problem in every 2k. If someone has a solution let me know

Go to %appdatalocal%/2K Sports/NBA2K25 and set your videoSetting.cfg file to read only. You may need to go into the config file directly to adjust your settings first. Hope this helps.

doesnt work mate

You have to change your settings before making it read only. Once read only, it is locked. Make sure you're happy with all your settings in game. Shadows to medium. RT off. Makes a difference.

I ended up getting mine to work by deleting the video settings .cfg file entirely. When I relaunched the game, it gave me a new one and the edits would apply properly.

Did anyone manage to solve it? Nothing I do works. I've tried everything I've seen here, and nothing has worked. I've uninstalled the game twice and nothing happens either.
