How do I use MyPoints

I am playing NBA 2K25 on pc.
How do I use MyPoints ?
What I can read I should be able to raise max on attributes.
I assume i need to be in the attributes screen, but what keys to press?

it means you have the potential to add attribute points without passing the current level cap you are at.

In other words, the game is saying it is a shame you don't have any vc because if you did you could be higher overall.

Compare this to someone who buys vc. The game is also saying you need to play games to raise your ovr potential. Not just buy VC.
