MyPlayer transfer between PCs?

I have recently purchased another PC and was hoping to keep my player progression after investing VC in to it. I have found that mycareer/myplayer info hasnt transferred at all but myteam has seamlessly transfered. Anyone know a possible fix? Many thanks
