my gpu usage is 39%-60%
the game dosent consume my gpu and my fps is barley 60 and i max my settings and still my gpu usage low , my rig : 4060 ti 16gb vram , ryzen 5 5600x , 32gb ram ( my cpu usage is 80% -100% )

tbh i lose some fps when i turn up the graphic settings , because the game dont want to use my rig for some reason , i tried millions of tutorials and discussion nothing worked

Considering the benchmarks for your components, you're right on the Recommended for the CPU but more over the Recommended spec for the GPU. You're possibly stressing the CPU more when you increase the settings if it's still doing some of the work.

What is your monitor's refresh rate and resolution and are you using V-Sync?
my monitor is 144hz and 1080p , and the vsync sometime i turn it on and sometimes off
on a ssd or hdd?

Can you be more specific on when you use it?

Have you tried setting your monitor to 60 Hz and having V-Sync on?

same issue here, gpu usage only 20-30% also cpu but when the game pause it reach 90% usage and fps boost around 120 but when ingame fps drop again till 20-30fps

Are you using V-Sync? What's your monitor's refresh rate?

And of course, what are your specs?

Enable and disable vsync doesnt help
180hz, rx 7900gre, 5800x3d, 32gb ram, 2tb ssd m2

If your refresh rate is still at 180 Hz, that might be why V-Sync isn't helping. Maybe try setting the monitor to 60 Hz and V-Sync on and see if that changes the experience?
