Controller's don't work

Any controller I use for 2K doesn't work. From the menu, it doesn't let me move left or right. I have checked the settings in steam and windows. Any solutions?

I have the same symptoms
It's a controller for xbox, but it doesn't work when it goes into in-game...

i tried that as well but didn't work. super frustrating. Controller connects to any other game, just not 2k

Maybe try this?

Open Device Manager and then in Human Interface devices, disable any "HID-compliant game controller" that isn't the one you are using. If you go into "Play Now" when you select a side, you'll see your controller is not "1". when you disable it, 1 will disappear. now restart your game and your controller will be 1.
