Settings reset on their own

My HUD and controller settings keep changing, at least once a day. Anyone else experiencing this?

sure, that's a decade old bug. there is no fix.

Controller settings are typically reset after major updates like new seasons. I've never had it reset any other time.

Definitely an old issue. The first thing I do, when the game loads, is check ALL of my settings.

Same here, started today.

HUD resets...and even controller settings like shot type.

Right click on NBA 2K25 in your Steam library -> Properties -> Controller -> Enable Steam Input from the dropdown menu

For anyone that has reset bug.

When I edited controller settings and HUD settings within MyTeam...settings were saved all across the game.

Stay the same even after restart of the game.

Use logic, consoles dont have this because they have single gamepad input, PC has 2 input that reacts with nba. Whenever you touch your keyboard ingame, ALT TAB , SHIFT TAB, 2k recognizes your input switch to keyboard, thats why you get sudden settings reset. Stop using keyboard while you're playing on controller. If you want to chat with friends, use steam chat on mobile phone.

Using your logic it should always fix itself just by using your preferred input instead of requiring a settings change manually. Gonna use my keyboard and change settings to see if it works though. Nice recommendation either way, new at the very least lol.
