How to get cap breakers?

Do i need to play in the park with real players? I've never played with real players in 2K, and I think my stats will be terrible if I do. Is it possible to feed a rep for cap breakers with bad stats?

Hello! you have to hit level 40 on a season to unlock 3 of them.

5 cap breakers each at starter 3, vet 2 and legend 1. also additional +1 when u hit level 40 in a season which began in season 2. the seasonal one can be obtained through MC games and any other modes but the rep ones can only be obtained through multiplayer modes.

Does the hall pass include a cap breaker or do you have to buy it and still reach lv 40 to get anything?

hof pass will get u more unnecessary things in the game but you still need to grind to hit lvl 40 for the cap breaker or buy level skips to lvl 40 without playing.
