Can't save any files

Every filer I make gets corrupted, mynba, mycareer. I don't know what to do I just can't play the game.

I sent them an email about this and they told me this is an ongoing issue with PC players, yet they don't tell u this before purchasing.

i have never had this problem over a decade playing 2k.
