Why can't I choose my preferred jersey number?
I am starting a MyNBA franchise mode. And I want my player to have jersey number 11 on the Cavs. In previous 2Ks it was not a problem, and in the current roster no other player has that number. When I try to set it to 11, it is not available. What gives?

I forgot they retired it, because it always worked in previous 2Ks. Is there any way to edit the retired numbers?
