can't launch the game

before buying I checked it my PC can run it, it was good enough to run it at least on min settings but I can't even launch the game, online or offline, doesn't matter..
I even did follow a full video on how to fix this issue, no luck still,
should I just refund it?
I could play 2k24 no issues, could it be cause PC finally got the next gen version?

I know what you gonna say, I heard it also when I had issues this year with PubG lags, but I fixed em and I could play easily! "That my processor is a family heirloom at this point" BUT it was good enough to play 2k24!

and to what happens when I launch it, if offline mode, it just shows "running" in steam up until it just stops and nothing happens..
if online version, it opens ax extra small window of the game, where it says it's initializing.. then launching the game, then that disappears and nothing happens.. xDD
but again, I checked my PC for the game and it said it is enough for minimum req's!

What have you tried, as a fix? Just for the sake of elimination, try running it as admin, if you don't already do so.

your cpu doesn’t support AVX2. the only solution is to upgrade the cpu.

Then how come a site that checks my PC first, then you search a game.. Said that my PC can run it? xDD DUmb, oh well, probs refund cause if upgrade than need to upgrade not just CPU, also motherboard xD
