Cpu work at 100% load and blue screen

Just download the game, it gives me 2 times blue screen already with Cpu work at 100% load. My setup is 9900k with Noctua NH-D15 + 3090. I have no problem with NBA2k21 and other games like battle field 2042, cyberpunk 2077. I tried limit the FPS to 80 or 60, CPU still gets hot quickly. I also tried limit the cpu number and threads number used in config file, not help.
