Cant buy vc

Is there anyone who can buy VC?
Is it locked for everyone? or is it just some people like me who are blocked, while most can purchase it without issues?

I saw a post where someone else was also unable to purchase it, just like me.

I'm having the same issue. Steam put the money in my wallet but the VC purchase didn't go through.

Can't purchase VC from Steam
Everytime I try to purchase VC the transaction fails. I have the funds in my steam account I am not sure why it wont process. Anyone else having this issue right now?

I can't purchase directly through the game. I have to add funds to steam wallet and then buy VC from the steam store page

sent the support ticket. now it works for me
