i have problem at rookie i mean its easy but at semi pro i cant i miss shots but most i hate idk how to steal a ball bc its always a foul so how to play defense better?

Stop reaching for the ball unless an opportunity presents itself. Focus on staying in front of your opponent and contesting shots rather than getting steals and blocks. Once you get comfortable with that, you can take more risks that lead to steals and blocks.
