how to fix lag on online

this has been a issue since launch i can run everything on the ultra and get 100
+ plus but as soon as i hop online it's constant fps drops even on the lowest settings i tried capping the game on 60fps and change my moniter to 60hz aand still no fix plz help

One thing I did was reduce the city clutter. The option's in the video settings. That helped, but my ping is always around 21, which is good. If you're not sure, just do a speed test. That'll show your ping rate. All we can really do for lag is what you've already done. Limit fps to 60. 2k doesn't like anything more than that. Is it an overall lag, as in same in MyCareer as it is in the city?

i don’t think there’s any fix. for whatever weird reason, i can’t enjoy park games because of low fps and feels like game is running slow but other modes are fine so i play rec most of the time.

Yep I have same issue everyone is saying there's no fix. I don't play My Career but I find this issue in My Team and Play Now Online. Tried posting in a bunch of different places and only got the generic answers "check ur ping / it's normal that it's choppy / server bad"

how do you see your ping ?

just Google "Speed test", and it'll show your ping, as well as download/upload speeds.
