Crash to desktop - Can't play any games
RTX 3090
i7-13700K

I can load into the menus but trying to load any game crashes to desktop. My Career is fine however as soon as I try to enter a court the game crashes to desktop. I've already tried:
-Reinstalling the game
-Updating BIOS
-Reinstalling the latest game ready driver
-Lowering all video settings and capping framerate
-Verifying game installation

Looking for more suggestions on how to fix the game as this seems to be quite the common issue with no solution

Have you sent in a ticket to 2K Support?

Yes. It is somewhat concerning that I was playing fine just 3 days ago and since then, all I have done is restart my computer.

This is the exact same trouble I'm facing right now, if you figure out how to fix it, please lmk how. Thanks

@Pigskall what CPU/GPU combo do you have? It would be interesting to know if this is hardware specific or an issue with the game (which seems highly likely)

I have amd 9700x 9070xt combo, when i go to mycareer city my game crashes. I used to play on my zephyrus g14 laptop with an amd cpu and 4070 which was fine, I don't know what the problem is. Did you find a solution yet?

I was in contact with 2k but ultimately a suggestion to reinstall Steam fixed the issue (I guess the dll "RADAR_PRE_LEAK" was corrupted which may have been causing memory leaks). For others that may read this thread later, here are some of their suggested troubleshooting steps after updating drivers for GPU and Motherboard:

1. Run a Virus scan
2. Run the command "sfc /scannow" in your command prompt (as an Administrator)
3. Clean Boot, then go to device manager. Under "Display Adapters", find your GPU and uninstall the driver. Rebooting the computer will allow windows to install the basic driver. Clean Boot one more time and rerun the sfc command above. Then Install your GPU Driver and reboot one more time.
4. (From another forum post) Reinstall Steam < This fixed it for me
cap the FPS limit to 60 on your Nvidia app, help me alot with crashing, also 2K support suck
