Issues connecting to Proving grounds servers?

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I literally can not consistently join a 1v1 proving ground game. I'm 100% positive it's not even my fault. I constantly stream and never drop any frames or lag on my stream. I never have any issues in the city. It is strictly when I am trying to connect to the proving grounds 1v1 i'll find an opponent it starts to load and then it just says unable to connect to 2k server. Is anyone else experiencing this? What can I even do at this point?
