VC not available to buy?!

So after looking around on steam theres no way to buy VC, and when in MyCareer when i click purchase VC option and pick the amount of VC the game is just stuck on the "purchasing..." loading screen. Anyone else having the same problem?

Can't purchase 75000VC with Jokic promotion

Anyone having a problem with buying the 75000 VC promotion with Jokic card and 10000 MT package? It says transaction cancel right away when I click on it. The normal VC purchase choice are fine tho.
