Save issues - MyPlayer, Settings etc.

Game is simply unplayable for me, since the game does not seem to be saving anything locally or in a cloud...
Created a MyPlayer, started the game a day later and he was gone - 2k Support gave me 15k VC to start up a new MyPlayer - Game gets reset completely again on next launch.

Anybody else having these problems?

Yes of course, has been linked through steam for years and worked with previous titles.

I have the same issue here. I contacted 2K support, and they couldn’t solve it either.
