Constantly keep getting this error during online games randomly

"a problem has been encountered that prevents gameplay from continuing. the following game will not count"

it says the game won't count, but i notice it impacts my win/loss stats

any fixes?

"Problem has been encountered" message every game

I am currently in a frustrating loop of starting a mycareer, trying to play a park game with my friend, and then getting kicked from the game with the message "problem has been encountered." It's either this message or that the servers are down. I have no idea what to do because the game is quite literally unplayable. Does anyone have a solution or think there will be a patch for this stuff?

9 times out of ten showdown games I get this error and it does not get counted... I am pissed off. I was just winning a game by 25 and it was 4th quarter.....

i too have this problem. i have a solution is that uninstall the game by using revo uninstaller. but the problem is when i re install this game, everything is ok, but when i shut it off and turn on again, same problem appear and i got kick. 2k...

Same problem here. Didn't find solution yet but the game is unplayable. I get kicked from atleast 1 out of 3 games.

Same problem after patch of Season2. I am always kicked off in REC after starting about 3 minutes, but other online matches like the Park go well.

I tried to re-install the game, or re-install the Steam, none of them helped. I cannot play REC at all.

havnt been able to complete a myplayer park game since season 2. but they still take from my boost and gatorade. any help???? 2k made me do a bunch of BS and said "the right team will contact me" still nothing. We should be getting our money back smh

Same problem, I had to win 4 games and the game just crashed, I had to complete gems 92, give me this player and VC on top

uninstall the game with revo uninstall tool and then reinstall the game
