The Rec and Pro am search

Is it normal to wait so long when searching for a match in 'The Rec' or 'Pro Am'? Could it have something to do with the player's average rating? There's no way it finds a match.

they made so many different modes and ques that same playerbase is split between 1 v 1 2 v 2 3 v 3 5 v 5 proving grounds, rec centre squad and single, pro am squad 3 v 3 5 v 5, streetball 2 v 2, 3 v 3, 5 v 5
And most of them have even further sub differenciation in que.. + also overall player lvl and skill lvl filters. That is why.. everyone is sittin gin their own que :)

They have to merge servers or something, it takes too much to find a match in proven grounds and the game just came out

Our group of players for both TheRec and ProAm are level 60 and we spent about 10 minutes searching. I imagine that having such a low level also affects the search?

Likewise, is there a "discord server" to search for and invite rivals ProAm?

Too many game modes and :-) matchmaking are splitting the PC playerbase that is already pretty small
