FPS and shot timing visual ?

hi

do you know if using 120fps over 60fps make some visual change to timing and visual animation ?

sometimes i feel in training court that i shot exactly the same time but it say too long or too short ....
i play 120fps . never try 60 .

if animation are locked at 60fps it can be a problem maybe with timing ?
