FPS drops, Sound cracking, Low VRAM, Slow motion

I've been playing 2k since 2k20, all the other 2ks been running fine, 60fps capped no problem.

BUT 2K25? super laggy. I realised during the game, CPU's utilization is 100% but GPU is 1-5%.

CPU: i7-9700f
GPU: 3060Ti
RAM: 32gb

Any suggestions or help?

Wait for a patch like the rest of us and i suggest you turn your graphics settings to medium no raytracing .

Even low settings at 1080p has the same FPS and latency. Mind you I exceed the recommended settings across the board.
