Frame drop issue

Whenever I load into a park/rec game my FPS drops so low that the game is almost unplayable and I do not have this problem on any other game mode. I've looked online and used the VSync in the NVIDIA control panel and I still have this problem, any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm having the same exact problem and my hardware + internet speed is more than enough to be an online or hardware problem, because i can play in ultra quality and it runs with no issues. I've also capped the fps for NBA 2K25 at 60fps in the NVIDIA control panel but been noticing that inside a park/rec game, it drops to around 30 fps. Any help?

mine runs 60fps in the park easy in game? only issue for me is delay but what settings do you run ingame? and why not cap ingame

Same here, when playing on park, my fps up and down nonstop, I notice my gpu usage is only around 30 to 40% and drop to 13% and that cause me fps drop to 20 to 40 fps instead of 60 constantly on park, but offline, I can stable go above 120

I have the same problem, when starting online game my fps drops below 10. I tried a lot of recommended settings but in 9of10 games the issue occurs. I hope that will be fixed with next patch.

I have been having this exact problem, sometimes I can put it in sleep mode for about 5 seconds and that will get it back right but it sucks to have to do that multiple times a game

Career runs very bad on RX 6600

60 from 30 fps all the time even on low settings. Park runs fine tho but career is unplayable due to stuttering

R5 5500 RX6600 16gb ram And the game is stuttering like crazy in MC. Park is fine but MC is impossible to play even in the lowest settings possible. I refunded the game because theres no way to even shoot the ball due to this. Hope they fix it soon game looks fun this year

bad stutter/lag/low FPS right around tipoff, good FPS after actual game begins

anyone else experiencing this?

I get good FPS when an actual game starts, around 60fps

however, right before tipoff it stutters/lags and fps is in the 20s...and I can never win a tipoff jump ball because of that lag
