Missing Myplayer File ???

The screen went black and I restart the game. Myplayer build 1 is gone and that location is just empty. Just bought 150k vc and purchase on ability LOL.

They currently don’t have the permissions to do restorations. But keep a log of your request and keep asking until they can restore it. It also looks like they can’t give us back the VC either.

My final thoughts on this: I’m fortunate enough to just be able to purchase more and just restart, but if you can’t I would suggest not playing the mode until they do restorations.

If you want to have a “MyPlayer” type experience. You can rebuild your player in MyNBA and lock your controls to that player. Set everything on auto and go for it. The only thing you’ll be missing are the MyCareer story beats and obviously the ability to play it online.

I’d say maybe mid October they’d be able to start restoring builds. They have your build on their servers. So keep pestering until they can do it.

MYPLAYER FROM MY CAREER DISAPPEARD!!

My character disappeard after spending 30 eu on VC , I waited for 2 days and still deleted , started another character and also disappeared too.

Yeah. But at some point, they’ll be able to do restorations. I’d just wait until then. But keep your reference number for your ticket somewhere safe so they can track your original request.

In fact, what I was seeing in another thread is that they cannot restore the account nor return the VC. Brother, I hate 2K :(

This happened to me yesterday and i was looking for help everywhere but now i found this. It also happened to me in 2k22 late september so the game had only been out for a month so they should be able to restore files very soon i hope. But in the mean time i just got to pray lost 100k vc on that

happened to me in 2k22 and now 2k25 wait till end og september where they should be able to restore files but its to early in the game so they cant, the game is just bad bro they are taking all our money and then og player just get deleted

It is tuesday & steam has maintenance today, sometimes I have issues w games on tuesday for a little bit. Try back in an hour orr 2 is what i would do. sometimes I can't load a cloud save or connect to a games server for a little on Tuesday. Also can't chat to friends for abit soometimes to.
