Missing Myplayer File ???

The screen went black and I restart the game. Myplayer build 1 is gone and that location is just empty. Just bought 150k vc and purchase on ability LOL.

They currently don’t have the permissions to do restorations. But keep a log of your request and keep asking until they can restore it. It also looks like they can’t give us back the VC either.

Another small update. It seems like the character slot has come back, It has the position I was, but no other data. They may be working on restoring it. Ill give it a few more hours.

MyPlayer from MyCareer has simply disappeared!

I had just spent VC to improve the player, when I closed the game and entered it again it disappeared. HELP!!!!!!!!

https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorageapp/?appid=2878980 Go here and find 2k25, download your CreatedPlayer and go to ( Steam > userdata ) type in the search bar (CreatedPlayer) right click on the CreatedPlayer you last used (Should have a date next to it) click on file location and drag that file you downloaded from the cloud in the file location (Quick note before you continue, make a back up for those files before you proceed just in case). Then close steam completely and launch Steam again and boot up 2k25. This worked for me and i hope it helps.

Before you try this method try closing Steam completely first and boot it up again.
