I checked and it should work with AVX2

so whats the problem here? How can I fix it.
Tatum and starting screen is popping up for a second an then its crashing.

When I open the game NBA 2K24 I get an error message. Can anyone help me?

Game fails to launch: D3D12CreateDevice() failed with error code 0.887a0004

Try to run the game and shortly after the load page is displayed, it disappears and the following error message is displayed: D3D12CreateDevice() failed with error code 0.887a0004.
I think this may have something to do with my display devices drivers but really have no idea beyond that.

Does your graphics solution work with Direct3D? Try this to confirm...

To find out if your graphics card(s) has Direct3D 12 Feature Level 12.0 please follow the below steps:

Press the Windows Key + R
Type dxdiag into the Run dialog and press OK

This will bring up the DirectX Diagnostic Tool. Click the Display tab and look at the Feature Levels under the Drivers section - this will show you the feature levels your graphics card supports

There is a Feature Levels field in there. What does it say for you?

I got two display tabs:

one says:

12_1,12_0,11_1 etc till 9_1

and the other one starts from
12_2 till 9_1

I have two in my gaming laptop yes. But other games are working fine and nicely and i didn`t change any settings but I will check also.
