NBA 2k25 PC Graphics/videos not right?

boys... help me please. I got an i7 2th gen CPU and i got an RTX 3070ti with 32 gbs of ram and my laptop works just fine. I play the game with my charger plugged in so thats not the issue. I simply cannot play the game. It is so laggy, and choppy, and buggy, and glitchy.. I've tried everything i can in the video settings to get it to work. is there something I am not doing? I requested for a refund today after i spent 3 hours downloading yesterday and i've been very anxious to play the game, but if i cant play then i cant play. Mind you, this isnt a online thing. I have good internet and the game is even like how i described it in the offline game modes. Is there anything anyone knows which will help me play the game?

I have 80 fpx max with 4090 and online is limited 60fps. Sorry, it is not you. It is the game.

ARE you also getting the freezing/stuttering/lagging as well?

I turned off the in game Vsync and activated it through Nvidia software and I also limited my framerate to 60fps in the Nvidia software. It seemed to have helped.

has it smoothed out on court gameplay?

My game froze on me ONE time and that was when I turned off Vsync and my FPS was going really high. After I turned on Vsync in Nvidia software and limited fps to 60, I never had another freeze. I think a lot of the issues are related to vsync or fps in some way.
