CPU Running at 100% constantly?
is anyone else CPU running at 100% usage but GPU Is only running at 50ish% i have a i7 9700k and rtx 3080 temps are fine but getting slight stutters in game

Turn down the graphics, surely your processor is a bottleneck with that GPU
