I like to play on the go on my laptop but my favorite mode is mycareer, is there an offline version of it?

No, there is no offline mode for mycareer.

You can create a player > create a roster > add your created player to a team > MyEra > MyNBA (with created roster) > Lock in on your created player.

This way it plays similar to mycarreer in that you only play as one chosen player.
