Go into your Windows Settings and then select: System-Display-Graphics
Once you are there, you will have to select browse and then add NBA2K25.exe from it's folder. When it shows up in your list of apps, you can then select your graphics card and save it. Go back into Steam and then reboot the game and there you will get a detected graphics card message. Build Shaders (or not) and it should work.

I have no dog in this fight but am wondering why you think the graphics are bad? From my perspective without playing yet, the graphics look to be the highlight if anything?

No I was serious but you are not as I see you plastering multiple threads saying the same thing. It's an issue on your end plain and simple and you should research solutions or ask the right queries to fix the solution in place of mindless trolling.
