VC not available to buy?!
So after looking around on steam theres no way to buy VC, and when in MyCareer when i click purchase VC option and pick the amount of VC the game is just stuck on the "purchasing..." loading screen. Anyone else having the same problem?

Cannon buy vc
Hello I tried many Times. I have funds. When I chaosem ammount of vc it says transaction cancelled.

Unable to purchase VC
Been trying to buy 450k VC since the All star promo dropped on Friday. Have the funds in my wallet but it says transaction cancelled every time, have raised a ticket every day since it’s happened, and had to wait around 12-18 hours for a generic copy and paste answer (same one every time) saying that I’ve got a temporary restriction from purchasing items and that they can’t give me any more info and to try again later, then they close the ticket and don’t even let me respond.

I’ve verified ownership of my card also, and a friend of mine had the same issue and steam support were able to sort his account within an hour of submitting a ticket. Anyone had this happen to them before?

Have you checked with Steam Support? Sending multiple tickets to 2K Support for anything is a bad idea, just the one will do.

it’s steam support who are constantly sending me copy paste responses and closing my tickets and not helping me. I’m creating a new one each time they cancel it because they won’t help me with it whatsoever

It sounds like they've given you the basic information, a temporary restriction. The question is how long are you restricted for any why?

Have you spent a lot recently?

That’s what I ask them in the tickets and they just say we have no more information at this time try again later. I haven’t spent anything this would be my first time buying vc. Loaded €200 into my steam wallet but was not able to buy 450k or 700k all i could buy was 200k and it only let me buy it once. As I said 2 friends have had the same issue this same weekend and both have had steam support change something on their account to be able to buy it

nothing. just couldnt buy anything but steam could make an adjustment on their accounts and they could buy whatever they wanted. also got a reply from steam today and was basically told if i make another ticket asking about it im just going to get the same response from them every time.. shameful support

Maybe the initial 200k caused the limitation? Give it a few days, maybe a week then try again. I don't know if it's age, frequency, some other limit, but they seem to say it's temporary so it should be automatically lifted at some point.

Sounds just like what I was trying to tell you about 2K Support. The answer won't change if you're asking the same question, and they've said they've told you as much as they are allowed to.
