Help Please- My Player can not pass the ball from out of bounds

In the middle of opening scene of my career"final game" my player or other npc players can not pass the ball to another. And if the ball goes out of bounds anyhow, any player can not start the game because they cant give the ball to referre or any other player. I am always stcuk in the middle of the game. I can not pass the intro because of this bug/error.

I searched and look to the forums but coudn't find any other people who has the same issue.

When i check my cpu workload while i was playing the game is almost always between %80-%95.

Thank You!!! I use WeMod and sure enough it was running in the background and causing the same issue for me.

I just started having this same problem also the game crashes after a few seconds then goes to the main steam page and opens up 2k support game is complete trash on pc they should refund my money

Wemod doesn't even work on nba2k25 so you couldn't have had it open

That's the first symptom of having an outside program running that could affect the game.

Wemod doesn't work with nba2k25 so you couldn't have had it running maybe the game detects it on your pc even though it's not running and then prevents you from being able to play

I can confirm, it is wemod. I had wemod running as I use it for another program, and it was doing it. As soon as I closed wemod, it stopped doing it and worked properly. Just because it doesnt work with nba2k25 doesnt mean we dont have it running for another program.
