Help Please- My Player can not pass the ball from out of bounds

In the middle of opening scene of my career"final game" my player or other npc players can not pass the ball to another. And if the ball goes out of bounds anyhow, any player can not start the game because they cant give the ball to referre or any other player. I am always stcuk in the middle of the game. I can not pass the intro because of this bug/error.

I searched and look to the forums but coudn't find any other people who has the same issue.

When i check my cpu workload while i was playing the game is almost always between %80-%95.

In the previous game, this was a symptom of having a program running that could affect the game. Do you have anything like that?

no, if any othe program runs with the game, game is crashes directly. so i close all the apps. even if those runs in the background. Also i didnt have this issue with previous game.

No there is no solution that i have found yet.

i opened a tictek to 2k support and they said they are investigating. If i get the solution i will inform you as well but it would be better if you open another one so they can understand thats not an exeption

opened a ticket 15 days ago and still no solution. i lost the hope that they can find it

i found a fix i had this problem but i had we mod running in the back ground witch triggerd anti cheat i quit the we mod program and it worked
