Help pls. NBA2K25 FPS drops and infinite loading screens

Need help, I almost can't move in TheCity due to fps drops. I got a good spec PC and the city goes insanely bad in fps terms, loading screens are insane and even on MyCareer games fps still drop.

Some spec info: i7-7700 as CPU, 16 GB RAM and a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070

PD: I already tried uninstalling and installing again.

Update every outdated driver in your system sir .

All Nvidia drivers are up to date

Im still yet to find a fix for infinite loading but i recommend just playing all low graphics, Thats what im doing and its working fine but i cant play online
