no substitutions, no fatigue, starting 5s play the entire game
Like the title says, even though I tried all coaching types, it doesnt happen automatically, the CPU is also affected. Myeras are affected from my perspetive. Is there no QA at 2k? Lol

very bad situation. still getting lots of freezes during substitution and trying to advance time. Worst if you're in the 4th quarter and get a freeze to restart the whole game :-/

It's the same game we've been playing for 10 years, of course it's going to be buggy, that's 100% a given and expected.

In this case it works in our favour though.

my game subs, but i'm playing offline games, and i haven't done anything to my options. maybe its a online thing... also, when in game a message appears at the top screen sometimes (think during time outs) asking if you'd liker to do a sub

Computer not subbing out players?
I'm an old school player. When I do play, settings are all on percentages of players. And everything is on manual. As much as possible. I also am coming from NBA2k23 and I never had this issue where the computer will leave in players for most of the game. Regardless if they are fatigued. I also only play old school teams like the 80s Celtics, the 80sa Hawks or the 90s Jazz.

I've tried raising the fatigue meter to the low 60s for both CPU and User. I know that my players are getting tired and so I'm always subbing them out before the end of the 1st quarter. The computer leaves them in until halftime. The CPU will sub out maybe 1-2 players by then. They should be doing a full rotation. Had no issues playing NBA2K23. The computer would sub in and out tired players all the time.

In settings, I've tried rotation to no avail. I've also tried fatigue as well. Haven't tried ACE but I have a feeling that it won't solve my issue. Has anyone else had my issue when playing a single player game? Is this a bug in the game, or is there a setting that I'm missing? My quarters are at 10min each.

Not a huge issue but its a bit of a immersion breaker.

Thanks.

I'm having this issue playing solo with old school teams. Fatigue is at 62 for both cpu/ user. I play 10min quarters. For example, I payed the 80s Celtics vs the 80s Lakers. Magic, Kareem played most of the game. No breaks, although they were tired. The Gatorade logo was present. I've tried both fatigue and rotation in settings. No dice. I doubt ACE is going to fix the issue.

Not a huge deal, but it is immersion breaking. I played NBA2k23 and had no issues.

and this is the message I'm talking about. It seems to happen when there is a time out. Look at the top of the screen.
