Hope they fix it soon, it's unplayed like this
If it helps, I'm playing on Superstar and 12 minute quarters.
Platform: PC
My Team: Bucks
Enemy Team: 76ers (default)
Game Mode: Quick Play (cpu vs cpu)
Quarter Length: 12 minutes
Substitution: Manual
Substitution Method: Rotation
I've manually set the play minutes of all the Bucks' starter players to 20 and other sub players (Positions 6 to 13) to about 17. In coaching sliders, I set the Bench Utilization to 100 and Bench Depth to the maximum of 15.
I've repeated cpu vs cpu in-game simulations 4 times. I found that there are always 3 starter players who are never subbed throughout the game, while the other two starter players share playing time with sub players. The unsubbed positions seem to be random. I suspect there are some bugs that make the CPU include only 2 instead of all 5 starter players in its rotation plan.
It took me about 5-6 hours to do this work, and I hope it will be fixed immediately.
Also it seems like the opponent doesn't use subs properly.
I'm playing the Nets and Dennis (Schröder) is at 43 mins while SImmons has not played a single second.
Hope this bug will be fixed asap...
