no substitutions, no fatigue, starting 5s play the entire game

Like the title says, even though I tried all coaching types, it doesnt happen automatically, the CPU is also affected. Myeras are affected from my perspetive. Is there no QA at 2k? Lol

I had to go in and change a setting because it wasn't set on fatigue. that is how they get swapped out, because I had the same problem yesterday. so go into coach mode and find that setting and it should work.

i'am having this issue as well the ai team is swapping out players but my team isn't in career mode.

I thought it would work going to FATIGUE but my starters are still playing the full games.

Temporary Substitution Fix

I think I might have found a fix(maybe).
Coach Settings
Timeout - Auto
Player Min - Manual
Subs - Auto
Subs Method - Rotation

When you are in the game go to both teams coach settings and manually change it to what I have up top. Coach settings always reset to default for cpu even if you changed it in the main settings.

So far cpu vs cpu 12 mins a quarter all 10 players on each team that has minutes have played by the halfway point in the 2nd quarter. More testing soon but so far so good until 2k fixes it.
