Hall of fame pass not working

I've purchased Hall of Fame edition, but it won't let me unlock the Hall of fame pass in Season and MyTeam. I'm still level 1. Don't I get 10 free level skips?

Hall of Fame pass says "available" but when i press "upgrade pass" the 2K logo appears and nothing happens. Same as when I press "unlock" hall of fame pass.

Anyone else getting this?

It's the same for me. But i don' know if the Hall of Fame pass is included in the Hall of Fame edition (which would be kind of ironic). I only unlocked the pro pass as additional content in steam.

The pass is not the same as the edition. You have to buy it separate.
