loading stuck mycareer

yesterday I played normally, I did everything in the city without crashes and lags, but today I went to my mycareer with my build and it's stuck loading infinitely
any solution?

First try to set the quality of the NPC and the crowd to medium quality, that's what solved it for me, if not, set the whole game to high graphical quality and try to enter again, then you can go back to low or any other graphic
