Locked at 30 FPS?

Anyone else having this issue? It's not unplayable but 30 out of 120 fps is wild.

Everything defaulted to high and it runs perfectly fine. Just capped at 30 fps for some reason.

no, online is cap to 60fps and offline and city travel is unlocked.
30fps is when cinematic scenes kick

Fairly certain mine was strictly capped at 30 at all times. Never less, never more. Although my last session I'm not sure because the FPS counter failed to load.

im pretty sure there is a problem on your PC, because it works like i said.

check graphic options in game and the check nvidia options in the windows panel.
because there is an option to cap Vsync to 30 (on the global settings and in the Nba2k25 settings)
