Unlocking level 4 takeover

Hi, when I go to my takeover it says that I have to play 10 matches with the level 3 to unlock the level 4, I played some matches but it still says that I played 0/10 matches, is it just a bug or I did something wrong ?

I played 5 match in row in filled takeover metter to level 3 in all these games but still takeover progress screen says 0/10 game!
anyone has any solution?

during sub, your takeover doesnt carry to the next sub, sometimes the game will remove 1 to 2 level of takeover and you need to start over again from level 1 or level 2.

the quest requires you to get max takeover before the game ends in order to count it as quest success

You have to max it out, not just have it equipped.
