Try to reset your WiFi modem and that might fix it. It worked for me.
reset router. didn't work. i know for a fact we can all run this stupid game. i just watched a guy run it with a gtx1080ti... LOL

not that you asked me, but i have a 2970wx threadripper 64gb ram rtx 3090 the game quite literally WILL NOT BOOT CTD every time for the past 15 minutes.
The exe is run in Task Manager but 2seconds after having a status of "Suspended", the game closes..

got it... it's on the game specs in Steam. avx2 while our cpu 3rd gen supports avx (prolly 1)
Yep mine only supports avx1 and you need 2 to play.
